Important: Due to the perishable nature of fresh flowers, our return policy differs from typical retail products. Please read carefully.

Our Satisfaction Guarantee

Your complete satisfaction is our top priority. We stand behind the quality of every arrangement we create and deliver. If you're not 100% satisfied with your order, we want to make it right.

Fresh Flower Arrangements

Because flowers are perishable, we cannot accept returns of delivered arrangements. However, we offer the following options if you're not satisfied:

  • Replacement: We will create and deliver a replacement arrangement at no additional charge
  • Store Credit: Receive a credit toward a future purchase
  • Refund: In cases where replacement is not possible or preferred, we will issue a full refund

How to Report an Issue

If you have any concerns about your order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery:

  • Call us during business hours
  • Email us through our Contact page
  • Provide your order number and a description of the issue
  • Include photos if possible (this helps us improve our service)

Quality Issues We Cover

We will replace or refund arrangements with the following issues:

  • Flowers arrived wilted or damaged
  • Arrangement significantly different from what was ordered
  • Missing items (add-ons, cards, etc.)
  • Delivery to wrong address (our error)

What We Don't Cover

We cannot offer refunds or replacements for:

  • Natural wilting after delivery (flowers are perishable)
  • Damage caused by improper care after delivery
  • Recipient refused delivery or was not available (unless delivery instructions were not followed)
  • Minor substitutions made due to seasonal availability (we always substitute with equal or greater value)
  • Personal preference differences ("I don't like pink roses")
  • Issues reported more than 24 hours after delivery

Cancellations

Before Delivery: Orders may be cancelled up to 24 hours before the scheduled delivery date for a full refund.

Same-Day Orders: Cancellations of same-day orders may not be possible once the arrangement is in production. Please contact us immediately if you need to cancel.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days to the original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your account.

Add-Ons and Gifts

Non-perishable add-ons (chocolates, teddy bears, candles, etc.) may be returned within 7 days of delivery if unopened and in original condition. Contact us to arrange a return.

Premium Delivery Services

If you purchased a premium delivery upgrade (Before Noon, Before 3 PM) and we failed to deliver within the guaranteed time window, we will refund the premium delivery fee. The arrangement itself is non-refundable unless there are quality issues.
