1. Order Acceptance
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in pricing or product information, or suspected fraudulent activity.
2. Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. Payment is required at the time of order. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as displayed at checkout.
3. Delivery
Local Delivery: We offer local delivery within our service area. Delivery fees and availability vary by location.
Delivery Times: While we make every effort to deliver at the requested time, delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed unless you have purchased a premium delivery upgrade.
Recipient Availability: If the recipient is not available at the delivery address, we will leave the arrangement in a safe location or with a neighbor when possible. We are not responsible for arrangements left per delivery instructions.
Premium Delivery: Premium delivery options (Before Noon, Before 3 PM) guarantee delivery within the specified time window. These services require advance booking and are subject to availability.
4. Product Substitutions
We strive to fulfill orders as pictured. However, due to seasonal availability and supply chain factors, we may need to substitute flowers or containers of equal or greater value. We will maintain the overall style, color scheme, and value of the arrangement. If you have specific requirements, please contact us before placing your order.
5. Cancellations and Changes
Order Changes: Changes to orders must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery date. We cannot guarantee changes made with less notice.
Cancellations: Orders may be cancelled up to 24 hours before the scheduled delivery date for a full refund. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.
6. Refunds and Satisfaction Guarantee
Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We will work with you to make it right, which may include a replacement arrangement or refund. Photos may be required for quality concerns.
7. Perishable Products
Flowers are perishable products. We cannot guarantee the longevity of arrangements once delivered. Proper care instructions will be included with your order. We are not responsible for arrangements that are not properly cared for after delivery.
8. Special Occasions (Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, etc.)
During peak holidays, delivery times may vary due to high volume. We recommend placing orders well in advance. Premium delivery upgrades are highly recommended for guaranteed delivery times during these periods.
9. Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product. We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.
10. Privacy
We respect your privacy and handle your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We will never share your information with third parties except as necessary to fulfill your order.
