Shipping & Delivery Policy
At The Florist at Windward, we specialize in fresh floral arrangements and gifts delivered with care to your door or ready for pickup at our Alpharetta location.
Local Delivery We offer local delivery to addresses within our delivery zone in the greater Alpharetta, GA area. Delivery fees are calculated at checkout based on your address. We are unable to deliver to P.O. boxes.
Delivery Timeframes Same-day delivery is available for orders placed by 3:00 PM EST Monday–Saturday. Orders placed after 3:00 PM or on Sundays will be scheduled for the next available delivery date. We do not guarantee specific delivery times within a delivery window, but we will do our best to accommodate special requests.
Holiday & Peak Season Deliveries During peak floral holidays (Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, etc.), delivery windows may be extended. We recommend ordering at least 3–5 days in advance for guaranteed delivery on or before the holiday.
In-Store Pickup Free pickup is available at our location: 5530 Windward Pkwy, Suite 107E, Alpharetta, GA 30004
Pickup hours: Monday – Friday: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM Saturday: 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM Sunday: Closed
Please wait for your order confirmation email before arriving to pick up your order.
Failed or Missed Deliveries If a delivery cannot be completed due to an incorrect address, no one available to receive the order, or access issues, we will attempt to contact you. Perishable items that cannot be delivered or are unclaimed are not eligible for a refund. Please ensure someone is available to receive your delivery or that a safe drop location is provided in your order notes.
Order Changes & Cancellations Changes or cancellations to delivery orders must be requested at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery date. Same-day orders cannot be modified or cancelled once placed.
