How do I know my flowers will arrive fresh?
We hand-select and arrange every bouquet fresh to order using premium blooms. We guarantee the quality and freshness of every arrangement.

Can I request a specific delivery time?
You're welcome to include a preferred delivery time in your order notes, and we will consider the request when planning our routes. However, requested times are not guaranteed with standard delivery. If your order must arrive within a specific time window, please select one of our Premium Delivery Options at checkout. Premium delivery is subject to availability and advance-booking requirements.

What if the recipient isn't home?
We'll leave the arrangement in a safe location or with a neighbor if possible. You can also provide specific delivery instructions at checkout.
