Can you wrap gifts I purchased somewhere else?
Yes. Concierge Gift Wrapping is specifically designed for customer-supplied gifts. You do not need to purchase anything from Florist at Windward to use this service.
Do I need to buy flowers to use the service?
No. Gift wrapping is available as a standalone service. Of course, we'd love to help you add flowers to complete the presentation — but it's entirely your choice.
Can you wrap luxury or expensive items?
Yes, depending on the item. For high-value or luxury customer-supplied merchandise, we may require our Customer Property Acknowledgment & Concierge Gift Wrapping Agreement at drop-off. Please contact us in advance if you have questions.
Can you wrap electronics?
Yes. If your item is particularly large, fragile or unusually shaped, please contact us before dropping off so we can plan accordingly.
Can you wrap multiple gifts?
Yes. We can wrap multiple gifts and create a coordinated presentation when appropriate. Contact us for larger orders so we can schedule accordingly.
Can you wrap oversized or unusually shaped gifts?
Possibly. Please contact us with the dimensions or a photo of the item so we can determine the best approach and provide accurate pricing before you drop off.
How long does gift wrapping take?
Turnaround time depends on the number of gifts, their complexity and the time of year. Please contact the shop for current turnaround times before dropping off.
Do you offer same-day gift wrapping?
Same-day service may be available depending on our current workload and the number and complexity of your gifts. Please contact us to confirm availability before coming in.
Can you deliver my wrapped gift to the recipient?
Yes. Local delivery of completed gift-wrapping orders is available within our delivery area. Delivery fees apply, and some oversized, fragile or high-value items may require special arrangements.
