For retail Pop-Up Bloom Bars, attendees purchase their own flowers directly from The Florist at Windward.

We curate the flower selection specifically for the event and bring a mix of beautiful seasonal blooms, focal flowers, accents, fillers and greenery.

Guests choose their flowers, create their own DIY bouquet and purchase directly from us.

Bouquet wrap and ribbon are included with their flower purchase.

The Florist at Windward handles its own guest flower sales unless another arrangement has been agreed upon in advance.

Outdoor Pop-Up Bloom Bars may be available depending on weather and venue conditions.

A suitable covered or shaded location may be required to protect fresh flowers and Bloom Bar equipment from direct sun, rain, excessive heat and other unsuitable conditions.

An alternate indoor or covered location may be required in the event of unsuitable weather.

Each event is evaluated individually. Depending on the event's attendance, location, duration, vendor requirements and other factors, minimum sales guarantees, travel charges or other event-specific requirements may apply.
How much do bouquets cost?
Our retail Bloom Bar is priced by the stem, so guests control what they spend based on the flowers they choose. Flower varieties and individual stem prices vary based on the selection curated for each event. Bouquet wrap and ribbon are included with the flower purchase.
Do guests make their own bouquets?
Yes. Our retail Bloom Bar is a DIY experience. Guests choose and arrange their own flowers, and bouquet wrap and ribbon are included. Our team is happy to offer advice and light assistance with wrapping or ribbon when needed.
Do you provide the Bloom Bar setup?
Yes. We bring our Bloom Bar and floral inventory to approved Pop-Up and Vendor Events. Setup requirements are confirmed with the event organizer in advance.
Can you set up outdoors?
Yes, depending on weather and venue conditions. Outdoor Bloom Bars require an appropriate covered or shaded location protected from direct sun, rain, excessive heat and other conditions that could damage the flowers or equipment.
How far do you travel?
We consider events throughout our service area and beyond depending on the event. Travel charges may apply based on location.
What information do you need from the event organizer?
We'll want to know the event date, location, expected attendance, type of event, general audience, indoor or outdoor setup, available vendor space and a little about the experience you're creating.
