Mobile Bloom Bar experiences start at $1,000 for 25 guests, including the Mobile Bloom Bar Experience Fee.

In addition to the per-guest package, a $250 Mobile Bloom Bar Experience Fee covers the logistics of bringing the Florist at Windward Bloom Bar to your event.

Depending on your guest count, event format and expected guest flow, additional floral attendants may be recommended to keep the Bloom Bar experience running smoothly.

Bring the Bloom Bar to Your Event

Tell us what you're planning and we'll help you create a Bloom Bar experience your guests will remember — and take home with them.

A signed agreement and 50% non-refundable reservation retainer are required to reserve your date. Final guest count and remaining balance are due 14 days before the event.

How many guests do I need?

Mobile Bloom Bar experiences require a minimum of 25 guests.

How long does the Bloom Bar stay at our event?

Mobile Bloom Bar experiences include up to 2 hours of Bloom Bar service. Additional time may be arranged for an additional charge.

Is setup included?

Yes. The $250 Mobile Bloom Bar Experience Fee includes delivery within our standard service area, setup and breakdown of the Bloom Bar.

Do we need to provide tables or equipment?

Our Bloom Bar setup is provided by The Florist at Windward. Please tell us about your venue and available space when you inquire so we can confirm any additional setup requirements.

Can we choose our flower colors?

Absolutely. Share your preferred color palette and event style with us and we'll curate the flower assortment around your vision whenever possible.

Can we request specific flowers?

You're welcome to share your favorites. Fresh flower availability changes seasonally and weekly, so specific varieties cannot be guaranteed unless specially sourced and confirmed in advance. Specialty requests may affect pricing.

Can guests choose different packages?

The host selects one Bloom Bar package for the hosted guest experience so we can properly plan and order the flowers for your event.

What happens if our guest count changes?

Your final guest count is due 14 days before the event. Additional guests after that date are subject to flower availability.

Do you travel outside Alpharetta?

Yes. Mobile Bloom Bar events may be available outside our standard service area. Additional travel charges may apply depending on the event location.

What happens to extra flowers?

We bring additional floral inventory when appropriate to keep the Bloom Bar looking beautiful throughout the event. Flowers brought as event overage or backup inventory remain the property of The Florist at Windward.

Can the Bloom Bar be set up outdoors?

Yes, depending on weather and venue conditions. Outdoor Bloom Bars require a suitable covered or shaded location protected from direct sun, rain, excessive heat and other conditions that could damage the flowers or equipment. We may require an alternate indoor or covered location in the event of unsuitable weather.

You bring the guests. We'll bring the Bloom Bar, the flowers and an experience they'll be talking about long after the last bouquet is wrapped.
