Tell us about your celebration and we'll help you plan the perfect Bloom Bar experience.

A signed agreement and 50% non-refundable reservation retainer are required to reserve your date. Final guest count and remaining balance are due 14 days before the event.

Not at all. Our team will help guests choose their flowers and create a bouquet they love.

Absolutely. Tell us your preferred color palette when you inquire and we'll curate the flowers around your celebration whenever possible.
Can I request specific flower varieties?
You're welcome to share your favorites. Because fresh flower availability changes seasonally and weekly, we cannot guarantee specific varieties unless they are specially sourced and confirmed in advance. Specialty requests may affect pricing.
Can guests choose different packages?
Bloom Bar packages are selected by the host for the group so we can properly plan and order flowers for your party.
Can we bring food and drinks?
Yes! You're welcome to bring your own food and beverages for your Bloom Bar party. If you'd rather leave the planning to us, we can also arrange food and beverage options for an additional cost. Let us know what you have in mind when you inquire.
What if my guest count changes?
Your final guest count is due 14 days before your event. Additional guests after that date are subject to flower availability.
